MEDITATION and SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT CIRCLE
Every Tuesday evening 7 pm to 9 pm
Fee £3.50
All are welcome whether beginners or more experienced. The class begins with a breathing meditation and then creative visualisations. Please feel free to raise any topics you wish to discuss and also any issues that you would like to work with.

This is an open circle and all are welcome whether or not you have any experience and whatever your healing training. We begin with an energy circle to raise the energy and then each person receives a treatment and joins in the treatment for everyone else.
